We began the new month in a wonderful way, with the dedication of Freddie Gallichan, son of Jonathan and Amy, during our morning service.
As our pastor explained, child dedication, is not baptism (this being for believers only) but is similar to how some once brought children to Jesus for Him to bless them, which He happily did (Mark 10:13-16).
The members and regular attendees of Buckingham Chapel stood to promise their support for Jonathan and Amy in raising young Freddie and his sister Isobella according to scripture, after which their other friends and family did likewise.
After the service everyone enjoyed a delicious finger-food buffet.
